  This place would be great, if management wasn't rude and obnoxious. We've been coming here for years, and I personally, won't be back again so long as "Jimmy" remains the manager. Absolutely a horrible and rude individual. Don't spend your money here. The food is at best mediocre. Only the waitresses are mostly nice...

  Our first time at the Bonwit Inn and the food was absolute delicious. The portions was very large and service was impeccable. I like to mention our waiter, RJ, who make our experience a sheer pleasure. From his positive demeanor to his prompt and courteous service R.J. epitomizes an exemplary server. It was a pleasure to have him as our waiter and we will definitely be coming back--for the fantastic food, ambience and seeing R.J. again. Diana Appel

  Sometimes you don't get the beef fish that you ordered. When you order fish, if you don't say well, or well done, the center is raw.
